Listed Building

This Grade II listed building was once half of a Georgian townhouse before being converted into a shop and then falling into disrepair. It had 3 floors but no bathroom, only an outside toilet. The brief was to secure change of use with the planners and carefully restore the fabric of the building, turning it back into a home while meeting the strict requirements of listed building consent. The client has such great taste in interiors and the results of our work honour the heritage of the building beautifully. It's now a characterful two-bedroomed AirBnB, and a project I'm especially proud of.
